B) FINNED TUBE
TYPE HEAT EXCHANGERS

STEAM / THERMIC FLUID HEATED AIR HEATERS
Equipments used for heating Air by using Steam Or Thermic Fluid
as the heating medium. Finned tubes are used as the heat
transferring media to the air. Many combinations of finned tubes can
be used as per the requirement, depending on temperature and
application. Equipments are sized as per the Air Volume to be heated
mainly the material of construction are Mild Steel and Stainless
Steel. |

commercial applications and Pharma Equipments like – Fluid Bed
Dryers, Tray Dryers, Spray Flash Dryers etc |

MULTIPLE CELL HEAT EXCHANGERS |
These Heat Exchangers are also used for Heating Air
using Steam as the heating medium. These are
specifically designed to handle large Air Volume and for
achieving temperature of Air beyond 1500 C. We can also
design Heat Exchangers for air temperatures up to 220 0 C. We have facility to manufacture Heat Exchangers with
a cross section size of around 7000mm (L) x 4000mm (W)
in all material combinations. |

| Used for Air Heating in
Process houses for drying food products where temperature
requirement is above 1250 C. Also used as Air Pre-Heaters in
Boilers to get air temperature up to 2000 C. |

AIR COOLERS OR CONDENSERS |
|
Used for Air Cooling applications and for Moisture removal. These
Heat Exchangers mainly have finned tubes with Aluminium fins.
Material of construction changes based on the application and also
depends upon the end use of the air. |

Coolers for Motors and also used in Air Handling Units for low

material selection to handle high temperatures beyond

liquids used in the process.

have capacity to undertake any kind of fabrication job like
Structures, Skids, Tanks etc weighing up to 20 Tons. We have
specialized ourselves in fabrications of Tanks and Bulk Storage
Vessels. We have in house facility of Rolling and Dishing. We
undertake jobs with Third Party Inspection, with strong team force
of qualified welders and fitters we have accomplished many jobs also
with 100% Radiography approved welding. We can fabricate tanks of
sizes ranging from 1000mm Diameter to 5000mm Diameter and lengths up
to 8000mm long in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.
